Transmerica Life Bermuda
has launched Opus One Indexed Universal Life to professional investors in Hong Kong and reinforced its drive to serve high net worth clients.

The firm says it is one of Hong Kong’s first batch of insurers to introduce Indexed Universal Life insurance solutions.

The launch coincides with the firm hiring Brandon Szeto as chief commercial officer, adding to Transamerica Life Bermuda’s commitment to innovation and leadership in the HNW life insurance space.

“This launch reflects our ambition to lead globally in the HNW life insurance space,” Kristine Ung, chief executive officer of Transamerica Life Bermuda, said. “We are investing in the right talent and capabilities to deliver sophisticated, client-centric solutions across our key markets. Opus One is another example of how we’re bringing that vision to life.”

Transamerica Life Bermuda is incorporated in Bermuda with branches in Hong Kong and Singapore, and a representative office in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The firm is part of Aegon.
